R&D partner from Guizhou, China. The production is to be ramped up in November 2008. Estimate volume 20-30 MT/month, annual capacity approximately 200MT.

Ingot & Monocrystalline Wafer
5-year ingot & wafer processing contract with SunPower established in Dec. 2007. Ingot & wafer facility in Beijing to be completed in Nov.'08. Currently having 10 pullers in 2008, will increase to 400 pullers by year 2010.

Solar cell
Monocrystalline Solar cell production In Wuhan for self consumption utilization. R&D implemented in 2006, the first production line launched in 2007 with 5MW capacity. Expect capacity increase to 30MW in 2008.

Solar Module
