Since established in 1993, we experienced rapid growth in both our company structure and business results. The following timeline shows our evolvement from a small business to a worldwide corporation through continual expansion and diversification.

| 1996 | The first production facility established in Shenzhen |
| 1999 | Production of large scale modules begins |
| 2002 | OEM modules for AstroPower, UL certified |
| 2004 | OEM modules for GE when GE acquired AstroPower and SunPower, IEC, UL certified |
| 2005 | Developed monocrystalline solar cell line in Wuhan factory. Established Jiawei Solar Energy Research Centre with Wuhan University in Wuhan. |
| 2006 | The third factory set up in Wuhan for module production with multicrystalline solar cells. The fourth factory set up in Shenzhen for GE module production line expanded and relocated. |
| 2007 | OEM mono ingnots and wafers for SunPower in Bejing |
| 2009 | Wuhan facility relocation for capacity expansion |
