Jiawei has factories in Shenzhen and Wuhan, current module production capacity is 630 and will be increased to 800 MW by the end of 2011.

The company's factory in Shenzhen has module production capacity of 510MW, and will have 680 MW by the end of 2011. Here the company produces OEM modules for SunPower and other customers that are ranged in world’s top 10 list.

The Wuhan factory produces cells and modules and will have module output of 150 MW by the end of 2010. Here the company produces OEM modules for Evergreen Solar as well as modules for the Jiawei brand.
